iPrimus iSpeed Basics

The iPrimus iSpeed can display several "states" or activities. These states are represented as an icon in the Windows taskbar area near the system clock where all programs display their state. Here are the various iPrimus iSpeed icons with their state:

Activity State Image Description
Enabled
When running and enabled the iPrimus iSpeed icon depicts a blue-on-blue propeller.
Active When actively sending or receiving information or other data to the Internet using HTTP, moving arrows replace the propeller.
Disabled When iPrimus iSpeed is disabled, the propeller icon has a red circle around it and a line through it.
High Speed Connection Detected iPrimus iSpeed is not active when you are connected to the Internet using a high-speed connection.
Temporarily Unavailable A special state can occur if the iPrimus iSpeed is temporarily unavailable. A small yellow triangle appears to let you know that iPrimus iSpeed is still enabled, but your Internet experience is not being accelerated.

Note: The iPrimus iSpeed icon may not immediately reflect state changes. This is normal. For the most accurate and up-to-date information run iPrimus iSpeed diagnostics.

Using iPrimus iSpeed System Tray Menu

Clicking on the iPrimus iSpeed icon will display its system tray menu.

Each of these menu options will help you manage your iPrimus iSpeed connection.
